The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Belgrade strongly condemns the unlawful and brutal military aggression carried out jointly by the Zionist regime and the United States of America against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

 

This deliberate and provocative act constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the fundamental principles that govern relations among sovereign states. Such hostile measures, particularly at a sensitive diplomatic juncture, once again expose the true nature of these regimes and their persistent disregard for peace, stability, and meaningful dialogue.

 

The Islamic Republic of Iran reiterates its inherent right to self-defense in accordance with Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations. In this regard, Iran affirms that its Armed Forces stand fully prepared to deliver a firm and decisive response to any act of aggression, in defense of the nation’s security, dignity, and legitimate national interests.

 

The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran calls upon all freedom-loving and independent nations to unequivocally condemn these attacks and to demonstrate solidarity in upholding the principles of national sovereignty, non-interference, and full respect for international law.

 

While remaining committed to the preservation of regional peace and stability, the Islamic Republic of Iran will resolutely safeguard its national interests and ensure the protection and security of its people.
